Problem with solar panel system

Hi everyone,
I have solar panels connected to inverter steca 500.AC output connected as a load to electronic energy meter e100 RDL( refurbished made by different company).My own house main power is connected as supply to this meter. I checked all - there is dc voltage from panels with + and - correctly connected to inverter. Output from inverter is properly connected to load of meter. Main is properly connected to supply of meter (I mean L and N). Inverter work,no led flashing if no sun,blinking on stand by and full light on work. Problem is because meter led not blinking red,it is flashing green constantly and not counting energy. To check meter I connected iron as a load and main AC as supply and it counts properly. What is going on? How to check inverter ac site (inverter not working if is not connected to main on ac site).

You have wired the meter up the wrong way around, Output from inverter should be on the supply, not the load.

Hi Earthstore,
It was as you said!
I bought this house from developer and this solar system wasn't working 1 year .I was to lazy to go to the loft to check (i did not expected any mistake like that). Electrician did not connected + cable in switch on panel site. I did, and realized that meter is not working.
