ill see if I can find the old technical service bulletins from ford,we had lots of problems with the 2006my transit egr valve when it came out.
ill post them on here, I don't have access to fords oasis any more though.

Isn't it strange how all these devices they fit to engines to increase efficiency and reduce pollution fail with alarming regularity. EGR valves are the most common failure on modern vehicles, followed by lombard sensors, then engine management systems.
