Problems with LED Lights

Not sure this is the right place for this but i'm new. There are 3 spotlights in the bathroom and all fitted with GU5.3 4.5w LED bulbs. These bulbs flash bright when turned on and then dull down very low. If I replace one of the bulbs in the bathroom with the old GU5.3 5.5w LED bulb, the other two instantly brighten up. There is also a extractor fan in the circuit. Not really sure where the problem is located and could use a few pointers.

Are these 12v lamps? Do you have a transformer fitted or LED driver? Are you above the minimum wattage output?

I had a similar problem in a kitchen once, do you have a transformer? Mine were wedged in insulation so changed the transformers (think they overheated) and was all ok

Sounds to me that these are 12v units and you would need to replace the transformers too or rip out the transformers ad fit 240v units.
