Can anyone suggest a protective case for the iPhone 4 which actually works and stops the penetration of dust / drops etc?

Hi,
Try Otterbox, i've just ordered one for the Samsung Galaxy S3. Bit expensive (ÂŁ20 inc from Amazon) but 2 year contracts for the phone it's gotta be worth it.

Hi I am using the lifeproof case for my iPhone 4 got it from amazon (bit pricey ÂŁ50) but can highly recommend. claims to be waterproof (you test the case before you put the iPhone in it) has been in my pocket full of dust and debris damage free for months.

griffin.

the only one

got some crazy seal of approval from the US army. Look it up. ive got one and the phone (iphone 4) rattles around in my god forsakencsprky pockets full of concrete block bits screws & what have you and if you take the (clever) case off theres a ..... Brand new looking iPhone inside

I'm with dan, I have the lifeproof case its expensive but worth it in my opinion, not as bulky as the otterbox defender either although I had an otterbox on my iPhone 3GS a couple of years ago and that never let me down either

I used the Griffin for a while, but it was just a bit too rubbery and stuck in my pocket. Best for size, protection, usability is Otterbox Defender for iPhone4. Keeps the dust out and you can touch right up to the edge of the screen.

I too have the otterbox, dropped phone from head height and no problems, need it as used to have a blackberry and they have very tough screens!
