pulsacoil systemate etc

evening all, as part of my expanding business I have inherited lots of electric ho****er systems by redhill and pulsacoil, and wondered if anyone had experience of them and had tips for spares etc. the one I did today was a systemate III and it was tripping the RCD whenever it was switched on but the immersion is working fine. I have systematically removed all loads from the main PCB and I concluded that the PCB was at fault. would be grateful of any tip or hints from the more learned of you's out there. Thanks David

don't know what happened there,defo didn't swear, well I did but that earlier was when I spent 2 hours in the cupboard with the boiler
