Not sure why you're all having problems downloading it and posting your email addresses is just going to get them harvested by bots and spammers so I'd suggest you all remove them because I don't have time to.

Go to the main 'Photovoltaic / Solar Panels & Green Energy Forum' forum where you'll see this thread listed in the stickies near the top of the page.

Click on the paperclip icon and a small window will appear with all the attachments shown in it. Right click on the attachment you want and save it (using the save linked content as menu option if your PC is Windows).
