Hi All,
yep,another mug here,I was skinned twice regarding the fee,yes they took it twice within days,have had to cancel my bank card,and apply for a new one,i am sick that these morons are allowed to do this,I have reported it to the oft in brighton,they said they can only investigate,if people come forward?they gave me advise to deal with it,H owever my own bank RBS fraud department have been informed,and they confirm it is a scam,and they said they would refund me,and take the steps required,hope they are right,my own branch said that I would get it back,fingers crossed,I urge all you guys to take five minutes and contact brighton county council,ask for trading standards,and take it from there,If we do nothing then this **** will contiue to get away with it,I know what I would like to do to them,My contact was charleen williams by the way,
