Guys to those of you who get your kicks from kicking those with less experience and qualifications than you a very simple message!

Grow up its so boring

Either be helpful or choose not to comment but stop kicking other people!!! I'm sure your not that brilliant yourselves.

It really is becoming very boring to read the same old pit downs from the few who need a life.

Sometimes the most helpful comment can be to tell someone that is out of their depth, to stop what they are doing, and get someone more qualified or with more experience to help.

Noone has anything against people with less qualifications and experiences(as far as I know). Apprentices on our firm don't get "kicked" but if the 1st or 2nd years came in saying they wanted to rewire their parents houses they definitely would.

PEM

this does happen I'm afraid, and despite your advice will continue to unfortunately.

The best advice I have seen is to simply let it wash over you, through you, absorb it and then use it to become stronger. Often it's just born out of frustration, forums are frequented by many different people that have all had different days, and have different wants and tolerances.... And forums are fairly free speech wise. The odd jibe and nasty remark is just all part of it. Just like a day at work "on site."

try not to let it get to you. The best response is no response, just roll with it dude.

P.S.If you can't do the job then try a career change instead of moaning about it

Looking at your profile PEM, you have joined in with some of our pranks and antics, and some of our top members have taken you under their wing to help you out....The whole part of this forum, is to enjoy it, and sometimes learn from it. I dont always agree with some of the guys here, but were all good mates, and we can debate....youll get worse crap on site than on here....take it on the chin and stand you ground

This subject has been done to death. It's getting boring now.
If I had asked one of my college tutors a very basic question I would have been shot down in flames in front of the class.
