Emmmmmm, lets not have another mate on our hands here. The qualifications you need to be a fully qualified are:

C&G 2330 Level 3
C&G 2382
C&G 2356 NVQ Level 3
AM2

You will be then a time served Spark, the only way to do it in my eyes
