Qualified Supervisor NVQ requirements.

Well I was working in training with him for about 3- 3-1/2 years then got a sparks job for 2 years then moved to another company for 2 1/2 years and 2 months ago jumped ship and went alone! ( and yes it is a level 3 2330)

Just been having a read up and I think it's a completely new nvq that all new applicants for a qs position will have to do! The old nvq is not compatible from what I have read!

Never had NVQ's of any sort in my day's...lol!! But from what i can gather, they are just confirmation, of having hands-on experience in particular area's/aspects of installation etc. So how one NVQ can't be compatible, i don't know!!! lol!!!

As others have said, more to do with money than anything else!!!

Theres not a cat in hell chance the scams will chuck the existing Electrical Trainee of there books, I'd also expect to see the scams rolling out this new nvq to new members 'at a price' just like the napit 2391

I did say SHOULD, not Shall!! lol!! I think we all know by now exactly what's going to happen!! n
