looks like some panels fell off a satellite and that's where they crash landed.
 
I am trying to see what the problem is,the panels seem Ok

The Bungalow itself is way off level though,it makes you want to just chuck the panels in any old how if the Builder has it so out of plumb
 
For me its the how its been done rather than the way it looks , if the clamping arrangements conformed then I would'nt have a problem with the way they look ,we're all just used to seeing them with a horizontal plane rather than diagonal you could argue its an efficient use of the roof space ,its just a shame about the methods used.
 
just seen this. window left open for burglars, and that block paving is a bit rough.
