query for the 2391 practical

when doing the insulation resistance test on the three phase board do you isolate the single pase board before doing the test or leave it switced on with all the circuit breakers on including the dimmer circuit ?
doing the test with the links attached etc

i doing my practical tuesday
I think you isolate the single phase board and test them seperatly
we had a optional practical day £85 it cost and we did the three phase as a whole L-L, L-N, L-E, N-E then
when we did single phase we still had the main switch isolated and tested circuits seperatly as main switch for this board a 30mA rcd

hi m8 thanks for gettin back 2 me so if you isolate the single pase board prior to testing the three phse board when you go to test the sinle phase board do you then isolate the CB suppling the single pase board too

no you test the three phase as a whole with all circuit breakers on but we had to isolate the single phase as its got a RCD
