You asked for a report and agreed a price for it. Unless you've signed a contract which includes additional work, without prior permission (if you signed a contract, check it), then I'd be inclined to pay what was agreed.

'Remedial' work raises some questions, on the basis of your first post, so it might be an idea to post scanned report and invoice, with any personal and business details redacted.

That could take 5 man hours alone to find and rectify but if all was completed in timescale shown it couldn't have been too difficult to locate.
As others have said downgrading an instantaneous shower to 13A and garage to 26A (Never known of a 26A MCB/Fuse?) don't sound right.
I too would be inclined to pay the £175 + vat as agreed pending a breakdown of the unauthorised works.
I suspect you wont get a copy of the report as that may be held as ransom!
