if in the intake to a building, its tn-cs pme three phase, then from that you have meters and to each flat you have 2 core armoured, and earth off the shiefing, is this a tn-cs system at the orign of the flat cheers!

Yes it's still the earthing arrangement, although would recommend using 3 core

You would need to do a cable calc for this!

What is the expected load? What is the length of the cable?

obv, mark! you couldnt just run anything!! aslong as your within your cables limits, i thought using earth strands was fine? as long as your sure srrands wont get damaged/rusted, and you loose your earth reading! open to corrections

its like when you run armoured, and use a core as earth some say oh it has to be 16mm if your supple orign earth at the MET is 16mm. where as this is NOT the case.
