Hi - I recently installed 6 single gang Quinetic in-Line receiver switches (QURS1W) and paired them successfully with multiple Quinetic wireless switches - I have unpaired 2 of the switches and they are no longer working - the in-line switches themselves have stopped switching the circuit and I cannot pair any further wireless switches - it is as if the switches have died. I have seen on other forums that this has happened elsewhere but no solution offered - does anyone have any advice. Many thanks

The most logical answer is, if the switch units are under warranty and they are not working as per the manufacturers instructions... get them replaced under said warranty.

It's not ideal, but use your consumer rights and get the faulty gear replaced. If it's not under warranty then I don't know, it's up to you... either buy replacement units and see how you get on (could have been a bad batch) or look for alternatives and give them a try.

In a similar thread here some while ago, someone had this problem with an in-line switch that initially worked, but then stopped doing anything, and discovered that turning off the circuit (presumably at the CU) restored the switch to working! Might be worth a shot!

"Hello, IT. Have you tried turning it off and and on again? "
