Random buzzing noise above ceiling when bathroom lights/vents are on.

Every morning whenever we switched on bathroom lights/vents, buzzing noise above ceiling starts.
It will then randomly stops.
But after sometime, it will start again.
When we are sleeping due to bathroom lights/vents are off, there is never such noise.

In line fan, maybe......as above.
The vents will probably involve some sort of air extraction system.
We're guessing really, though. Getting someone with experience in to investigate is the best advice.
Is air being extracted properly?

Does the fan have an isolator? If so switch it off to see if that eliminates it.
As above get it investigated, you do not really want to leave that as it is.
I'm wondering if it might be communal.....guesswork, though, as I say.

Although, it's concurrent with the light operation, so........? It's just the 'vents' business.
