Typical builders wiring job and the landlord trying to get around using an electrician initially by getting an Eicr on new work
I would of been brutal testing that, no stone left unturned

Had me in tears watching those 2 videos. That’s how not to conduct a video with relation to rectifying and ensuring install is compliant. Leave it to the professionals
