RCBO 32A problem testing

hi guys i am working from consumer unit with swa 2.5 just but a double socket in. but when i am ZS testing the max is coming back at 15.33 - 15.36 checked all wiring and all corrects rcbo not faulty any ideas.

what's your Ze? Is it a TT system or TN?

if its TNC-S that's high, OK for TN-S. what's your R1+R2?

as telextric has said, plus have you got a faulty socket , or is the armour used as an earth and the clands not tight

is that 1 double socket and a 32amp rcbo/2.5 swa?

hope you haven't energised circuit without first doing dead test R1+R2?????

I can't remember the last time I energised a circuit after doing an R1+R2 test!!!! I've gotta say I rarely do it if it's my own install
