RCBO for Memera 2000 is discontinued, is it ok to buy used one off eBay?

I need to get hold of RCBO for old white plastic Memera 2000 consumer unit.

They are now discontinued for the Memera 2000, only used ones are available off eBay.

Is it ok and safe to buy an used RCBO off eBay to be fitted?

If I buy a 'new' Rcbo from my wholesaler fit it , remove it and then sell it as 'Used' IS it really any less 'Safe' than when I purchased it

Your probably right, bit like the RCBO for our main kitchen's commercial mixer, which has tripped more times than the kitchen's given me hot dinners.

Actually, thats not a very good analogy, but you get the idea.
