rcbo or not?

I intend to move a bathroom light. And replace this with a zone2 fitting. Am i correct in thinking it needs rcd protection because its within a special location? Or if i keep it in the same place would i be ok.

IMHO if its a like for like fitting in the same place you don't need a RCBO. If you move it you will need RCD protection and an EIC and LABC

Just spoken to the customer and she wants the new light repositioning. So will rcbo it and issue mewc
