RCBO - What would happen if I didn’t connect the neutral of the RCBO?

Please can someone tell me what would happen if the neutral of the RCBO wasn’t connected would the circuit still work ?

Ok thanks , someone told me the neutral fly lead of the RCBO didn’t have to be connected thought it was rubbish

An RCD monitors the current flowing in both the line and the neutral, and when there is an imbalance between the two, the RCD trips. The functional earth fly lead is required to be connected to earth so that the test facility will work. All an RCBO is, is an RCD combined with a CB
