Okay get the idea of testing at different degrees but why 0 and 180? Why not 90 and 270 as they are the peak voltages. 0 and 180 the voltage is 0 on the curve?
 
Ah, you're confusing them with sine waves, easy mistake.

All AC waveforms used for power are set to be cosine waves at the point of generation.
