how to i record the rcd trip times for sockets, heating and shower on my sheet. there is a rcd that protects all 3 so do i just write it as the trip just for the rcd?

yep
Yes test the RCD at source with loads disconnected and then use those values against your 3 circuits.

As per above from Dave. Swap to a 63A outlet and problem goes away. What gets plugged into it is not part of an inspection.
