Stop repeating yourself, sign of old age.As the OP has disconnected the CPC and neutrals and the RCD is still tripping then logically there is a fault to earth on the line conductor.
This could either be a direct wiring fault such as damage insulation allowing contact with a back-box. Also reversed polarity on an appliance could cause the trip.

A bit drastic don't you think.Could still be a neutral to earth fault......his cct neutral would have been at line potential as he had it disconnected from supply neutral lol.
Due to no reponses.......I imagine he has thrown the RCD'S in the bin, took the money and wheelspan off the driveway into the sunset!!!
