Just done a eicr on a property,socket outlets on one circuit on rcd testing at 5x is 42ms,what are you meant to do as readings on 1x is within the limits.as the 5x exceed limits.
 
If its a TT system you may have to high a reading for Ra (earth rod) reducing this may bring your disconnection times down, if its TNS or |TNCS what values are you getting for Ze?
