Reconnection of sub main

Got a renovation to do on a ground floor flat which has been empty for a long time. The rest of the building has been renovated, pretty poorly on the electrical side! The current set up is a 16mm twin to the upper flat and a 16mm split con to the mid flat. The three phase cutout is currently in the porch of the ground floor flat so needs moving. Where do I stand on reconnecting these supplies? I'm pretty sure the cables aren't >50mm and there's no protection currently in place. Pme earth and only the top floor flat is connected through a switch fuse (100amp fuse). Cheers in advance.

Wat tests have you carried out on the cables that are currently instslled?

If I read correctly, why do you need to move the existing 3 Phase supply in the porch? I'm assuming that all 3 tenants would have access to the porch area in case of any electrical problems.

If 3 phase has to be moved.....contact your local DNO.......cost though!

i read that as a 16mm cable feeding split consumer unit........Could be wrong though.

The 3 phase cut out has been fitted in the ground floor flat porch as it was not in use and was an easy option for sse as one owner owned the whole building. The flats have now been sold off so the position is not viable to stay there. SSE propose to move the cut out up one floor to a shared porch (shared by the mid and upper flats) and fit a single phase cut out in the lower flat. I need to know whether I can reconnect the 16mm split concentric and the 16mm twin or wether I would need to rewire with an armour, which I would prefer to do. It wouldn't be easy but the previous owner is footing the bill for the work involved in the split. Hope this makes a bit more sense??

None. The I just went to look at the job. The problem is that I'll need to fit switchfuses after the individual meters, where do I stand on reconnecting these existing sub mains. Obviously I'm not gonna fit an rcd and the cables run through the fabric of the buildings so will require protection.
