PVC cables surface clipped - C
Armoured cables surface clipped - C
MICC cables surface clipped - C
PVC cables installed directly in an insulated wall - A
PVC cables installed in a building void - B
PVC cables in metal / plastic conduit or trunking surface mounted on a wall - B

PVC cables in metal / plastic conduit installed inside a building void - B For more detailed information see Table 4A2 p261

It may be necessary to speak to the builders to determine the thermal properties of the partition (there may be a data sheet), but if it cannot be determined then err on the side of caution & assume ref method A.

that partition is actually a type of ACOUSTIC partition designed to reduce noise between rooms. thermal properties minimal. treat as hollow stud without insulation.if it really matters anyway
