Registration Plates, just for fun...

Spotted this today in my local M&S car park

years ago, a local massage parlour owner had BED 690K, spaced as BED 69 OK.

I suppose it's appropriate that the plate I posted is on a Mazda...they make light bulbs, occasionally known as lamps, for some reason

A local couple here had matching Mercs, his plate was
1UPU and hers was UPU2

I was quoted £2000 for ALA 10R just last month, and it's never been issued...apparently these reg firms can buy these in from DVLA...

Mine is L999EKY

I saw it on eBay for £400 and had to buy it! the last 3 digits of my phone number is also 999, so kind of matches the van.

I remember seeing on another forum a while back a link to a London sparky that has the "240 V" reg plate. Had it since the 80's apparently.
