Just do it. Triumph make some lovely bikes these days (don't leak oil like the old ones) but not fast enough for me. I have an S1000RR at mo, quickshifter, anitiwheelie, TC, 193 BHP, definatly not a tool for a born again biker :)

Must be earning to much money lol

Bikes are my weakness, something about them just says, BUY ME!! :)
Ohhh yes good answer. I'm starting to get into a JFDI frame of mind, but I'm sticking to a Bonny, none of this 193 bop stuff for Mr I've done all that before! I can explain the cost away easy cos the modern Triumphs seem to hold on to their price really well so could always sell it again dear...........

Press announcement!!!! I have just negotiated and put down a deposit on a fantastic condition 1975 T140 7500cc Bonneville. Getting it next week, but won't be venturing out till this flipping weather brightens up. She's a beauty, never liked blondes anyway.........

It's bloody lovely. Sounds beautiful, and looks even better. I really wanted one when I was young and poor, but had to settle for jap stuff.

One zero too many maybe?
:)

I said that in #36! :). Lovely Bike though. The good thing with old british bikes is they appreciate in value as long as you appreciate they drop oil. lol.

My 1959 BSA Bantam never got the chance as after only a month on the road in my hands, I was mown down by a doctor's wife pulling out of a junction. Bike broke. Leg broke.

And not even a card or fluk all from her.

My first bike in 73 was a suzuki 250 hustler , then kwak kh500 triple both 2 stroke bikes , later got back into bikes in 96 , then got a kwak ZZR 600 ,then Suzuki TL1000 , since then had 2 blackbirds , now looking at a triumph rocket 3 maybe , not sure yet ..
