Hi,
How to remove the Gu10 bulb from this light fitting? I can't see any clips or gasket. It's an Eterna NN86qx.
Thanks

Can we see a photo of the bottom where the lamp is?
Some of these older downlights are just stiff to turn the bezel off.

If its gu10 lamps you will have to turn it anti clockwise,it can be a real challange as there's no room to get your fingers in around the edges and that black rubber suckers you get are a waste of time.ive even tried long nose pliers to remove them but there's no room to grip the lamp .persevere with 2 hands and eventually it will turn and drop out . Thats if its similar to the ones I changed a few months back

yes it is a gu10. is it the bulb itself that I need to turn anti clockwise?
Yes.it can be a real challenge sometimes,if it's been a halogen lamp thats been in sometimes the heat can affect the springs in lampholder and make them tight if there is no obvious bezel which by your picture seems to be the case then it can be the only possible way for lamp to be removed .try using your 3 fingers on left/right hand push not to hard on lamp and turn
