Repair of Test Equipment

Hi all,
I'm having difficulty trying to find some one local to repair a bad connection on my Megger 1552 multi-tested.
Can anyone recommend a reliable firm in or near the Coventry area.

if i was you in that case i would get in touch with meggar international in dover direct they are very helpfull they should be able to tell you someone local or you could send it direct to them for repair

I use a company in Watford for calibration and repairs. They have been so helpfull. Had a problem with a Meggar MFT a few years ago. The fault re-occured twice and they said it wasn't normal for this to happen with such a reliable tester. They got in touch with Megger in Dover who found out if was a firmware fault. Megger @ dover fixed it and even put it in a brand new case with leads too.
