Hi Guys,
I have got a job to replace halogen down lights with 2 fluorescents. The work is in the basement of an estate agents shop occupied by staff.Does this work require a minor works certificate.
Thanks

Minor works you are replacing items and as a rule of thumb if it does not involve a new circuit 90% of the time it minor works.
