The Ghost

Been humming and hawing about this new laser as my dewalt SW80 sometimes does not switch on and getting unreliable (justification justification) so got this.
Bosch GCL2-50CG Cross Line Laser Green Line Laser - https://www.powertoolsuk.co.uk/bosch-gcl2-50cg-cross-line-laser-level.html
Just did a 60m² warehouse in conduit with it and I must say very good. The laser line is clearer and reaches further. It has blue tooth controls which is handy as touching the laser level can sometimes jog it out of position. Boy things have moved on since I last bought a laser level. It also has a red spot laser up and down which no doubt I can think of clever things to with. Two batteries with charger and USB charger and some nifty holders and tweak handles for precise lining up. In all quite good so far. £246 with VAT. I always feel a bit guilty after buying things so confession is good for the soul. And I am a pikey as well and tend to think about it for several months before spontaneous random purchase.

Sounds great Vorti, green laser is deffo the way to go but until my two reds break, I’ll wait.
Glad you are happy - you are forgiven.

I won't be left out - I bought a hammer this week. A bit lame I know, but it does have a red handle, so it goes much faster...

just about to order a spare battery for my aldi sds. don't laff. it's 18V, lightweight for using up a ladder, and at ÂŁ50 not too many tears if I drop it.
