Rewire 3 bed end terrace

Hi guys

Just after a rough idea of how much it would cost to sort out a 3 bed end terrace, either full rewire and new board or at the very least new board and sort out lighting circuit my friends other half tried to do DIY and messed up the two way circuit between hall and landing

Too many variables mate EG where in the country are you, the cost of living is higher in London than in the frozen north so you would need to charge more than I would.
What is the spec of the rewire? High end or bog standard
How many points?
Etc etc

From the information that you've given...... i'd say somewhere between £500 - £5000

Expect £3000, hi end £5, bog standard with minimum sockets and 1 light in each room with cheap accessories £2000+

Nope that is:
plus VAT
plus Travel
plus notification
plus materials
plus labour

So the ultimate figure will be significantly larger but we'll keep that quiet for now oops....
