Just after a rough idea of how much it would cost to sort out a 3 bed end terrace, either full rewire and new board or at the very least new board and sort out lighting circuit my friends other half tried to do DIY and messed up the two way circuit between hall and landing

Also is it furnished and lived in?

Yes lived in and furnished sort of various ceilings down and floor boards up her other half started all these DIY jobs but never finished
