Nobody wants a full rewire in an occupied property, but here is an opportunity...and for those who love to extend cables to fix a new installation, this is your best chance ever!

That's why we do NOT work for builders- company policy

Never had a good experience working with builders. They want you to cut your cost to the bone and then add a massive margin to your invoice to make you look dear to the client.
They also miss so much when quoting

They aren't all bad and some are excellent, but the numbers are against it and probably best not working for random builders.

I've only ever had one postive experience with builders, and that was a private developer doing a small group of 4-5 luxury ones where the 'base' install was agreed on price as part of the build/sell but the buyers (off plot) were freely able to request modifications and extra's, direct with me, with a 10% tip to him. THAT was gentlemanly and everyone came out a winner. The rest of them over the years were nothing but trouble!!
