I thought the fixed SPF of 2.5 for HPs installed before the domestic rhi scheme launched was a default, but you were able to submit evidence that your installation achieved better?

Didn't think the system was open for legacy applications yet, unless you didn't take up the RHPP option?

Didn't know there were going to stagger the dates. No i didn't apply for the funding I am on mains gas. I was surprised about the figures used are all from the EPC issued by the GDA's.

That's been a topic of debate for quite a while as we see a difference between assesment and actual of between 30% and 50% (actual useage being greater) so we advise customers to consider it as effectively a discounted rate.. Also it helps to work with Energay Assesosrs / GDA's that are aware of the reasons for the reports. Also we've seen significant variances between those when an EPC is produced for the sale of a property and the figures when assessed for the GDAR.

It is what it is and DECC won't change it, so it's a case of living with it.
