Had an RFC to test today which isn't an issue, but not 100% sure as what action to take, if any.

End to end readings were -

Line 0.52 ohms
Netral 0.60 ohms
CPC 0.87 ohms

I'm happy with the Line and CPC readings, as CPC is 1.67 time that of the line. The only reason for worrying about my neutral reading is that its more than 0.05 ohms than the line.

I've had every socket of the wall to check the connections, but there are 2 which are behind fitted furniture, so can't get access to them.

Would this be noted on the cert or is access needed to be made to the 2 hidden outlets?

Gonna have to be put down as a Limitation that you wanted to remove and inspect all sockets but could not do those 2 sockets in particular.
Any junction added for a spur?

if something was still connected to one of the s/o and the switch was closed then surely this would affect the reading even if the circuit was isolated

I think your readings would be the path of least resistance which would be through the fixed wiring I don't think that an appliance plugged in would be picked up or change readings on this test.

Happy to be proved wrong.

if there was a load on wouldnt it effect all readings if any? and not just neutral? has to be the ones you cant get to if all the others been checked, like chris gray aid prob loose neutral

Or a lose probe on the disconnected ends, it isn't an an exact science if you squeeze the croc clips onto the conductors just a little tighter the reading will probably come down slightly, saying that if that doesn't affect it then keep plugging away.

The loose probe theory ain't the cause, first thing I checked when testing.

If there was a load on the circiut somewhere, the insulation resistance readings would be dodgy.

Would this be noted on the cert or is it time to start asking Mr and Mrs customer to start emptying their side board cabinets so I can move the bloody things?:(
