ive never written out a risk assesment form but need to provide one as evidence for my site diary. anyone got a template? advice?

that hse website is rubbish, cant seem to find anything i want on it. if i could see ur simple one it could be a big help

while replyin click on the GO ADVANCED button below text input box, u can then add attachment. dont think u can attach .xml files thou. u could put it in a zip

well its taken me 4yrs to make this decision,I am now in the process of joining Napit just finishing of the jobs and will be putting the forms in on next week,
