Robot mower boundary cable

Anyone know what kind of cable this really is:

It seems extremely expensive compared to, say, 0.75mm flex (half the price) or even 1mm T&E and I'm wondering what's special about it - or if the public is just being ripped off due to ignorance. HQ Copper? "Extra resistant insulation"? Really!

It's Induction Loop cable not the same as flex or T&E.
It's single core and as it's external it'll be double insulated or Insulated plus sheath.

You can easilly buy internal Induction loop cable, but I've not found External yet

On the few induction loops I've dealt with it has just been white flexible singles, usually tri rated.
