hello sparks i was just wondering if any of you know of a two wayed rocker switch! you know the ones that rest in the middle ( 0 position ) , press up and hold to open say, and press down and hold to close, and it will automatically spring back to the off position, could be used to open and close a motorised valve etc! i have never seen one of these that could be two wayed! many thanks in advance

Come across them in electronics etc, but not aware of them for fitting in a normal Electrical Installation, I assume you are trying to source something for a normal switchbox a bit like the push to release type thing for security doors etc.

Cheers.......Howard

MK do a 2 position and off switch in grid plus, but it's not a push to make style, i.e when you switch it, it stays switched. I use them on PIR floods in some jobs i.e sensor mode, off and permanantly on.
