I worked with a bloke that demanded the company supply suncream as it was PPE.
Bloody got away with it too.
He has those little skimpy ones on or his errr "wifes" tan things for ballet shoes.......Could of worn socks though mate
No wonder I have a sh!te EE signal in my area.......When I was rigging antennas years ago we always got sun cream as PPE in the summer as well as bottled Vodka and mixers all written into the risk assessment
No mid sole protection?Never had a problem getting on site wearing shorts but had a run-in one time with health and safety on a site over wearing flip-flops.
I like your thinking on thisNot sure but it discriminates against midgets as they can't wear long trousers.
When you turn up on site in shorts just "identify" yourself as a midget
they can't do anything about it due to the rules and regulations regarding discrimination, always use the rules to your advantage.
