Anyone else going through this?
I had a warranty claim (finally) accepted mid December but still no sign of a replacement. UK agent has been waiting for stock for months and there's a big list ahead of us.
Poor service.
Edit: At what point are they in breach of their UK/EU warranty obligations does anyone know?
