Went to my first NICEIC/ELECSA tech talk last week at Fontwell Park. Was really looking forward to the advertised bacon sarnie. Served up reconstituted / regurgitated goodness know what! I think that may have been a false representation! Should I report it to Action Fraud?

Thinking about launching a class action. Any other takers?

Pics. Gotta have pics!
Even if it is a sorry excuse for a bacon sandwich
Imagine a slightly thinner hash brown but pink.

smoked , over salted under-cooked "rubber-band" .
Can’t beat a good bit of smoked back, dry cure with rind on. The ‘rubber band’ rind is the best bit. None of that what watery injected protein that runs out when it hits the pan. If I’m going to have processed food!

It was worse than that... They'd been cut in half, so you got half a roll (half a top, half the filling and half the bottom).

To be fair, the NIC guys apologised about them at the start of their presentation.

Yes they did. Cost cutting on the part of the venue I suspect. If I was the NICEIC event organiser I’d be a bit peeved. Minor issue I know but creates a poor impression.
