schematic for substation

i am now have project about to design the substation...low voltage distribution panel.
can someone show me the basic schematic for the substation...
in other words,the wiring come from the power source(415V) until go to the load(consumer)

You start getting really worried when you get:

In our power plant we have Nos.4 17.5MVA turbo alternators……. These keep tripping on reverse power……… I have disconnected………. Will this affect the…….. We can’t have power outage because…….. Please suggest……..
