Any ideas for an appropriate wall heater for school swimming pool changing rooms? (well detached from pool area but will still have wet bodies in obviously)

Got to be reasonably well protected from abuse

They have currently got twin tubular heaters with steel cages over the top, but the heat output is not enough

Scratching my head a little bit

Maybe go for ceiling-mounted infrared panels, or if it's a very high ceiling, mount them 3m up on the walls, thus out of reach and casual damage.
Depends a bit on the construction of the changing rooms.

The changing rroms are basically two shiplap sheds, that are being refurbished with a couple of benches in

No height to speak of

These are the heaters in place currently, as you can see by the pictures the place is in need of a good update

I suppose its got to be a wall mounted unit, something oil filled perhaps

I've fitted air curtain types high up in school changing huts - if you've got enough height. With oil-filled, they take a while to heat up, which is not ideal for very occaisional use, unless you leave them on all day. Whereas an air curtain type is instant heat.

The heaters are on timers plus thermostats, but the adjustable controls had to go under very secure covers, otherwise they get unauthorised adjustment!

Are the heaters required just for when the room is occupied or are they required to also provide a level of heat to prevent damp/mold/frost etc?
