I have a few knackered 3 phase motors in my garage, anyone know what the going rate per kilo is for them at the scrappers?

As Trev said strip the copper out and if it’s an aluminium frame get the iron core out.

Most foundries won’t pay for scrap motors due to copper and aluminium contaminating the melt. So the merchants won’t offer a lot, their more trouble than they’re worth.
