Searching for Replacement for Square D QO load center lug D3254

Hello. New member here. Electrical enthusiast.
I am at a friend's house in the Bahamas and decided to look at the load center in the house, which was built in 1999.
The load center is a 1999 Square D QO Cat. No. QOC24UF.
A 2.0 AWG copper conductor is attached to one of two neutral bars (that are joined by a strap) using a lug. The lug is stamped D3254. The lug looks like it is attached using the neutral bar mounting screw to hold it in place. I have searched the web and cannot find the lug or a replacement for it (I'm assuming it has been discontinued). This load center is a sub panel, as an emergency service disconnect exists next to the outside meter and this is where the grounds and neutral are bonded. Unfortunately, the 2nd neutral conductor in this load center (the one on the bottom right in the photo) has been bonded to the ground bar (and the grounding bond screw on the strap connecting both neutral bars has not been removed). I'd like to have these 2 code violations corrected, but would need a suitable lug to place onto the 2nd neutral bar. A second code violation is apparent at the line lugs, where someone has bonded two black 10 AWG conductors to the two 2.0 AWG line conductor feeds. I haven't figured out what device(s) these two conductors are feeding - they are probably conductors for a 240v circuit as there is only a ground and these two conductors at the knockout where they feed into the load center. The problem is that I'll need to order the correct lug for the neutral bar from the states in order to have an on-island electrician fix things, as there is no electrical supply house on this island.

The best advice I can give you is order an L250 lug and drill and tap the lug to the panel. You can also just order a ground bar in which you would still need to drill and tap the holes. There is not a load in the panel to require a 2/0 equipment ground.

The lug to use for this purpose is the Square D / Schneider Electric QO/Homeline 100 Amp Auxillary Neutral Lug Kit for Electrical Panel/Load Center -- for AWG #6 - #2/0 conductors -- $8.98. Part Number: LK100ANCP.
