For ÂŁ1400 i'd want a pair of hover boots ! With built in GPS to take me to the nearest sandwich shop at half ten.

Seriously though, that looks rickety as heck, and the fittings look very cheap and undersized.

Didn't know you were a fat bloke!

In the interests of YOUR Health, you'd be better off losing a few pounds before you get diabetes or a coronary.

Those steps fold away nicely though. Way better than steps, but not better than my tower wagon!
well...i`m not fat fat....but i could do with losing say a couple of stone...
i might start going back to the gym....

still like me chips though...

We have two of these and they are surprisingly good. However can be a little flimsy, but do the job perfectly.

It's a nightmare the first time you put it up but with everything, it gets quicker and quicker. The only fault I found with it is a design fault when collapsing the tower.

The lower rungs have small finger guards but they are just not ergonomically positioned and as you collapse down from top to bottom you get in a habit of where to position your hands (very quick to collapse so the thought process can't keep up). If you position your hand it the wrong position on that lower rung, the whole weight of the tower lands on the side of your finger leaving you with the worse black mans pinch you have ever experienced! (Not a racist remark by the way, just no other way to describe..).

I've now done it twice and it hurts like hell! Luckily I'm not the only person as quite a few have and it's always good fun to watch others do it!

Seriously though, if you need something like this, then get one, its fantastic although pricey...

It states that it "can be erected by a single person in under 3 minutes". I wonder how long it would take me, as I'm married?

For all you guys worrying about a little sway, have you never been 30 ft up in a Genie lift on a breezy day? ;)

Ive used them, last year about this time.
****in horrible. Flimsy, shaky and a 2 man job to extend them after they have been on site a while.
The telescopic bits get tight and tend to stick.
Overall a diy appearance and feel to them, not (to me) what you would consider a trade quality item.
