Seriously considering starting a hop farm (beer hops)

Solar is quiet for the residential but we have a few commercial jobs that look promising

We've been driving around the east side of Birmingham today dropping off brochures for commercial/industrial installs. I don't hold out much hope but I'm doing far too much sitting around lately.
